Her deep institutional knowledge and commitment to quality have played a key role in strengthening compliance, documentation accuracy, and workforce excellence across the organization.
Throughout her tenure, Brandy has progressed from Clinical Coding Analyst to Manager of Quality & Employee Excellence to Director of Learning & Development and now Vice President, leading the design and execution of comprehensive learning strategies that support both internal teams and healthcare provider partners. Her work focuses on strengthening clinical documentation practices, supporting regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable performance improvement.
