Enjoin’s 2026 Great Place to Work® Results Reflect a Culture Built on Trust, Fairness, and Care
Enjoin’s 2026 Great Place to Work® survey results are in, and this year marks an important milestone for our team.
Across all 24 categories measured, Enjoin scored above the Great Place to Work national average. Not most categories. Every single one!
On average, Enjoin scored 10 points higher than companies across the country. In two areas, we achieved a perfect 100%. Most notably, our Overall Satisfaction score reached 98%, up from 93% in 2025 and 94% in 2024. This represents our highest score on record and a five-point increase in just one year.
For us, these results are more than numbers. They reflect the culture our team continues to build together.
A Workplace Where People Feel Respected and Supported
This year’s results show strong employee confidence across several key areas of workplace culture, including fairness, collaboration, justice, and belonging.
Highlights from the 2026 survey include:
- 98% Overall Satisfaction, up from 93% in 2025
- 99% in Justice, Enjoin’s highest-scoring category
- 100% of employees said people are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, race, or gender
- 100% of employees said new hires are made to feel welcome
- Enjoin’s strongest leads over the national average came in Impartiality and Collaboration
These results point to something meaningful: Enjoin is a place where people feel welcomed, respected, and valued for who they are and what they contribute.
Culture Is Built Through Everyday Actions
A strong workplace culture does not happen by accident. It is shaped through daily decisions, consistent leadership, open communication, and the way teammates show up for one another.
At Enjoin, our culture is grounded in respect, fairness, collaboration, and care. Those values are reflected not only in how we work together internally, but also in how we serve our clients and support health systems across the country.
The increase in Overall Satisfaction is especially meaningful because it shows continued progress. After two years of strong scores in the mid-90s, reaching 98% reflects a breakout year for the organization.
Listening to Feedback and Continuing to Improve
While we are proud of this year’s results, we also recognize that great culture requires continued investment.
Employee feedback also identified areas where Enjoin can continue to grow, including benefits. As part of our 2026 HR priorities, our team is reviewing employee feedback and exploring meaningful opportunities to enhance our benefits offering.
We are grateful to every team member who took the time to share honest input. Feedback helps us understand what is working, where we can improve, and how we can continue building a workplace that supports our people in meaningful ways.
Thank You to the Enjoin Team
These results belong to our team.
They reflect the way Enjoin employees welcome new colleagues, collaborate across functions, support one another, and bring our values to life every day.
We are proud of what we have built together and even more excited about where we are headed next.
