Vice President, Workforce Solutions
Sarah Laird, RHIA, CCS has more than 15 years of hospital and healthcare leadership experience. As Vice President of Workforce Solutions, Sarah is a key member of our Operations Leadership Team. She is responsible for strategic direction, administrative leadership, operational excellence, and business plan success. She works with executive leadership to advance technology-enabled operations working within and across business units.
Prior to Enjoin, Sarah led organizational improvement by introducing innovative technology-based solutions resulting in significantly increased operational efficiencies. This increased efficiency surpassed expectations of Epic and Deloitte consultants as a “top performer, best practice” in coding metrics at Epic Go Live. Those metrics have proven sustainable due in large part to her leadership.
